II. Services
1. FilmFind provides information about aspects of movies that are, to the best of our abilities, portrayed in a way that truthfully presents facts.
2. FilmFind provides users the opportunity to add, edit, and delete movies and actors into our database free of charge.
3. FilmFind offers users the ability to search for
A. Actor information
a. Actor information includes date of birth, place of birth, actor roles, gender, and name as well as any other information not yet mentioned here
B. Movie information
a. Movie information includes title, rating, year released and cast as well as any other information not yet mentioned here
C. Users
a. By agreeing to the Terms of Use, you agree that your user profile can be searched for using the search bar located on each page.
b. Searches for users of FilmFind locates the searcher to the user's profile page with information about the user.
c. Information about the user, except for the user's alias and any other Services the user has agreed to use, can be hidden.
4. As a user, by actively using any of FilmFind's Services, you agree to follow the rules of each Service in a way that does not violate the Terms of Use.
III. User-Specific Services
1. As a member of FilmFind, you are entitled to the following services
A. Adding movies and actors to the database
a. You agree that by using this Service, you will only add real actors and movies to the database. You also agree to add only truthful information about the actor or movie you are adding.
B. Editing database values
a. You agree to edit information of actors and movies ONLY.
b. You agree that the information you are editing is outdated or incorrect and the information you plan to replace it with is as truthful as possible.
C. Profile page
a. Each user is allowed a profile page which can be edited by the user and the user only.
b. Information, except for username and other Services, may be kept private by the user.
c. You agree that this information is accessible to anyone who searches our database for users.
D. Favorites
a. Users can add a movie or actor to their list of favorites which will be located on the user's profile.
b. Favorites can be added by clicking on the 'Favorite' button located on the respective actor/move page.
E. Reviews
a. FilmFind allows the user to add a review to a movie.
b. You agree that the review is posted to the correct movie.
F. Other Services
a. Any other Services not listed here are also subject to the Terms of Use.
2. By using any Service provided by FilmFind
A. You agree to the rules and terms that define each service.
B. You will not provide any content or conduct yourself in any way that may be construed as: unlawful; illegal; threatening; harmful; abusive; harassing; stalking; tortious; defamatory; libelous; vulgar; obscene; offensive; objectionable; pornographic; designed to interfere with or disrupt the operation of this web site or any service provided; infected with a virus or other destructive or deleterious programming routine; giving rise to civil or criminal liability; or in violation of an applicable local, national or international law;
C. You will not impersonate or misrepresent your association with any person or entity; you will not forge or otherwise seek to conceal or misrepresent the origin of any content provided by you;
D. You will not collect or harvest any information about other users;
